Terms of Service & EULA

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and End User License Agreement (“EULA”) govern your access to and use of the AstroScope mobile application.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AstroScope, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the application.

2. License Grant

AstroScope grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices that you own or lawfully control.

3. Premium Subscriptions, Free Trial & Auto-Renewal

AstroScope provides a free basic experience as well as an optional auto-renewable subscription (“AstroScope Premium”) unlocking unlimited AI Oracle guidance, complete Placidus charts, and real-time transit tracking:

• App Store Billing: Subscription payments are charged directly to your Google Play Store or Apple ID account and managed through the secure RevenueCat platform.
• Free Trial: When a 3-day free trial is offered, the subscription automatically transitions into a paid annual subscription at the stated rate upon expiration of the 3 days, unless canceled prior to the end of the trial period.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time directly through your account settings on Google Play Store (under Payments & subscriptions) or Apple ID (under Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the active billing term.
• Restore Purchases: The application includes a “Restore Purchases” button enabling you to instantly restore your subscription entitlements on any new or reset device associated with the same store account.

4. Service Availability & AI Systems

While we make every effort to maintain continuous availability and optimal performance of our astrological calculation engines, temporary service interruptions may occur (such as maintenance, network latency, or LLM inference downtime). AstroScope is not liable for temporary service interruptions or performance degradations.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to AstroScope—including its design, visual identity, texts, artwork, logos, icons, animations, and proprietary astrological integration algorithms—are the exclusive property of its creators and protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse-engineering, decompilation, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroScope, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application, or any decisions made in reliance upon astrological readings or AI-generated guidance.

7. Governing Law & Updates

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our service offerings or applicable legal requirements.
